摘要
良好的护患沟通可以使护理工作在友好的气氛中进行,建立良好的工作关系,与技术、管理、责任相比由护患沟通造成的纠纷居护患纠纷原因的首位。由于儿科患者是一个特殊群体,易于造成护患纠纷和矛盾,所以在儿科护理中进行有效的护患沟通具有重要意义,可明显降低护患纠纷发生率,提高患者满意度。针对目前儿科临床护患沟通中存在的问题,提倡在护患沟通教学中鼓励护理人员应用"他者"意识,即基于对患儿及家属外在性、特异性和独立性的理解和尊重,需要反思和审视自己对患者的态度及行为的合理性,促进护患沟通交流,增强患者对护理人员的信任,提高护理质量。
Good nurse patient communication can establish a good working relationship in nursing work,and make the nursing work in a friendly atmosphere,Compared with management,technology and responsibility,which is the first place in the dispute of nurse patient disputes caused by communication.Because pediatric patients are a special group,it is easy to cause the contradiction between nurses and patients. It is of great significance to carry out effective nurse patient communication in pediatric nursing,can significantly reduce the incidence of nurse patient disputes,improve patient satisfaction. In the pediatric clinical nurse patient communication problems. He advocated the nurse patient communication teaching encourage application of nursing staff of "the other"consciousness,is of special service object with externalism,differences,and independence of respect and understanding to reflect and examine yourself to the patient's attitude and behavior of rationality,and promote the nurse patient communication,increasing patient trust of nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing.
