大学新生考前心理状态的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Freshmen's Psychological State before Examination

采用调查问卷和深度访谈等研究方法,对广东省某高校不同专业的大一新生上学期期末考试的考前心理状态进行了调查和分析。结果表明,近一半新生在考前存在各种不同程度的紧张和信心不足的情况。因此,本文从主观意识、学校环境、社会支持等方面提供了加强应考前心理状态调整的措施,以期对学生的学习指导及心理辅导提供建议。

This paper investigates and analyse the psychological state of freshmen before the last final exam,whose majors are totally different,all from university in Guangdong Province,by questionaire and deep interview and other means. From the clear reaults,nearly half of freshmen are under different pressure and lack enough confidence before the exam. Therefore,this paper provides an adjustive measures for strengthening psychological state,from the aspects of subjective consciousness,school environment,social support,so as to provide suggestions for students＇ learning and psychological counseling.
