摘要
"双师型"师资队伍建设是提高师资队伍综合素质,培养高水平医学生的重要保障。我院通过院校合作形式着手于临床教学团队建设内涵的提升,建立完善制度保障体系,落实强化"双师型"师资队伍建设措施,以提高教师教学和实践能力,促进教学改革和临床教学。
＂Double type＂teachers team construction is to improve the teachers comprehensive quality,to cultivate high level medical students. Our hospital by colleges and universities cooperation form to begin to the ascent of the connotation of the clinical teaching team construction,build system of perfect security system,the implementation of the strengthening ＂double type＂teachers construction measures,in order to improve the teachers＇ teaching and practical ability,promote the teaching reform and clinical teaching.
