高等中医药院校康复专业人才培养的调查研究

Investigation and Research on Talents Cultivation of Rehabilitation in TCM Colleges and Universities

随着现代社会经济的发展和人口老龄化趋势的影响,群众对康复治疗的需求与日俱增,但康复人才数量与康复需求之间存在巨大缺口。因此,重视康复专业人员的培养,提高康复医学人员整体素质,是缓解当前康复人才紧缺问题的重要举措。其中高等中医药院校应积极就康复专业人才培养进行探索,进一步完善和发展中医药康复教育。本研究对现今康复专业人才培养模式进行总结分析,以期为中医药院校更好的开展康复专业人才培养提供参考意见和建议。

With the development of modern social economy and the impact of the population- aging trends,the crowd＇s demand for rehabilitation treatment is increasing,but there is a huge gap between the number of rehabilitation personnel and the rehabilitation requirements. Therefore,paying more attention to the training of rehabilitation professionals and improving the overall quality of them is a vital measure to alleviate the current shortage of talents. Universities of TCM should actively explore the cultivation of rehabilitation professionals,improve and develop the rehabilitation education of TCM. This study summarizes and analyzes the current training model of rehabilitation professionals,in order to provide some advice for the development of training professional professionals.
