创新强校背景下中医药院校大学生创新能力培养研究——以广州中医药大学为例

Research on Cultivation of Students' Innovative Ability in Colleges and Universities of Chinese Medicine under the Background of Innovation Enhancing College——A Case Study of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine

广东省正着重推进"创新强校工程",人才培养是其主要内容,在万众创新的新形势下,大学生的创新能力培养显得更加重要,中医院校大学生担负传承中医和中医药现代化建设的使命,对中医院校大学生进行创新能力培养可促进人才培养质量和服务社会能力的提升。本文旨在对广州中医药大学在校大学生进行问卷调查及对管理人员访谈的基础上,分析中医院校在培养大学生创新能力方面的优势及存在的问题,并结合创新强校背景提出中医院校培养大学生创新能力的建议与对策。

Guangdong Province is focusing on promoting engineering of innovation enhancing college.Training is the main content under the highly innovative situation,especially the innovative ability of college students is even more important. Students of colleges and universities of Chinese medicine assume the mission of inheriting and modernizing traditional Chinese medicine. In colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,cultivation of students＇ innovative ability can enhance the quality of personnel training and the ability to serve the community. Based on the questionnaire survey of college students and interviews with the managers in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the author analyzes advantages and disadvantages of cultivating students ＇innovative ability in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. The author combines with background of innovation enhancing college and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures how to train students＇ innovative ability in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.
