摘要 目的:探讨案例教学法在《中西医结合内科学》课堂教学中的应用。方法:选择广州中医药大学2010级中西医结合七年制学生,对其《中西医结合内科学》的课堂教学采用案例教学法,并进行7个项目的学生满意度情况调查。结果:相对于传统教学模式,案例教学法在疑难知识点的理解与记忆、理论与临床实践相结合能力的提高、学习兴趣与积极性的调动、临床思维能力的培养、分析问题和解决问题能力提高等方面均有较好效果,满意度超过85%。结论:案例教学法应用于临床课程的课堂教学中,有利于调动学生的学习积极性、培养学生的临床思维、提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,值得推广。 Objective: The study is aimed to investigate whether the application of case teaching method has effect on classroom teaching of Internal Medicine of Integrated Western and Chinese Medicine.Methods: Case teaching method was applied in seven- year program students majoring in Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Then a survey of satisfactory degree was conducted.Results: Compared with traditional teaching method, case teaching method was better in helping students to understand and memorize the difficult points, improving the capacity of theory integrated practice,stimulating interest and enthusiasm,developing clinical thinking and improving the capacity of analyzing and dealing with the problems. The satisfactory degree was up to 85%. Conclusions: Case teaching method should be extended for more application because ofabove advantages.
