摘要
基于医学本科人才的能力体系及其标准,探讨中医诊断教学须重视的三种能力。培养学生的知识建构能力当授予"串珠之线",传授知识与建构知识体系并重;培养学生临床能力鼓励学以致用,并在分段实验教学、基于临床的中医检体诊断示训、开展"医生初体验"和"中医会诊室"活动等方面进行探索实践;培养学生思辨能力倡导"理法融合",就是将中医诊断的基本方法和基本思路的道理讲清楚,使学生不仅明白临证应该怎么做,而且理解为什么要这样做。
This paper is based on the ability system and its standard of medicine undergraduates, to explore the three kinds of abilities that must be paid attention to in the teaching of TCM diagnostics. Cultivating students' knowledge construction ability should give them "Beaded line" and its as important as imparting knowledge. Cultivating students' clinical competence and encourage them to put it into action. Explorations and practice are conducted on the subsection experiment teaching, demonstration and training of physical diagnosis of TCM based on clinic and carrying out the "doctor's initial experience" and " TCM consultation room" activities; Cultivating students' speculative ability, Promote "integration of theory and method". That means we should spell out exactly what the basic methods and ideas of TCM diagnosis are, so that students not only understand how to do it, but also understand why to do it.
