能力型急诊人才教育模式在急诊临床教学中的应用观察

摘要 目的:针对五年制医学本科实习医师开展以团队为基础的培养,形成统一的实习生考核标准,探索能力型急诊人才的培养模式。方法:选取160名在成都中医药大学附属医院急诊科实习的实习医师,采用spss19.0软件随机分为两组,两组人员比例1:1,并分别进行为期8周的临床实训,收集包括急诊科实习医师考核情况及教学满意度问卷调查在内的数据资料。结果:两组实习后各项考核成绩均较实习前有显著提高(p<0.05);试验组理论考核成绩与对照组无显著差异,但试验组操作技能及沟通协作能力明显优于对照组(p<0.05),试验组教学满意度高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:能力型急诊人才教育模式不仅提高了实习医师的理论知识、临床综合思维应用能力及实践技术操作能力,也增强了实习医师的医疗法律、法规意识,逐步学会急诊工作中的医患沟通技巧,从而培养出具备能够适应急诊医学飞速发展需要的应用型、创新型人才。 Objective: according to the five-year medical intern in team-based learning, form a unified standard of assessment of intern, explore a competency-based emergency personnel training mode.Methods: select in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital emergency department clinical interns internship 160, according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group, 80, the control group, 80, and the clinical training for 8 weeks, collect including emergency department intern assessment and teaching satisfaction questionnaire, data.Results: the practice in the two groups after the assessment results are significantly higher than before (p 〈 0.05); Group theory examination scores and the control group had no significant difference in writing, but the experimental operation skills and communication cooperation ability is better than the control group (p 〈 0.05), experimental teaching satisfaction is higher than the control group (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion: a competency-based emergency personnel education mode not only improves the intern of theoretical knowledge, clinical comprehensive application ability of thinking and practical technical operation ability, and enhance the intern's consciousness of medical laws and regulations, and gradually learn to emergency work of doctor-patient communication skills, so as to cultivate capable to satisfy the needs of the rapid development of emergency medicine applied and innovative talents.
