摘要
国家大计,教育为本,教育的质量取决于教师的素养。在西藏中小学,藏族青年教师是完成教育教学任务的主要力量,他们对社会主义核心价值观的认同情况直接影响着西藏地区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观工作的实效性,对西藏地区中小学藏族青年教师社会主义核心价值观的认知、认同也有导向性的影响。因此,研究中小学藏族青年教师对社会主义核心价值观的认同就尤为重要。本文对206名青年教师的社会主义核心价值观的认识现状、内部情感、践行意愿、外部行为四个方面进行究,调查中小学藏族青年教师社会主义核心价值观认同现状、分析其存在的问题,并提出提升中小学藏族青年教师社会主义核心价值观认同的有效路径,为中小学藏族青年教师在培育、践行社会主义核心价值观实践中履行其应尽之职责、发挥其应有之作用提供理论参考。
As the backbone strength of teachers in Tibet; Tibetan young teachers of primary and secondary schools has the important historical mission and responsibility about the initial education of youngsters' and children's responsibility. Their attitude to the identity of socialist core values and the emotion in word and deed; even will affect the Tibetan youth children's world outlook; the outlook on life and the development of the future.Based on Tibetan culture background and education practice; to investigate young teachers in secondary and elementary schools of Tibetan in Tibetan identity status of socialist core values and the practice situation; can say about the future of the motherland; the nation's hope.Therefore; with the methods of investigation and interview; based on twelve socialist core values on the basis of analysis and interpretation; from the present situation of understanding ; the core values of socialism; the internal emotion; desire and external behavior of practice four aspects to investigate research; collect the situation of identity of socialist core values of relevant information; and analyzes the problems existing; put forward the corresponding education countermeasures; guide the young teachers form and actively practice the socialist core values through a series of effective measures ; shoulder the mission of teachers should do; writing his own magnificent youth in the realization of the great Chinese dream.
