精神交往是人与人之间思想、观念、感情等意识形态的交流和沟通,思想政治教育则是教育主体与教育客体有意识、有计划、有组织地进行观念交流的互动过程,因此这种互动过程的实质就是精神交往。当前高校对民族生思想政治教育的内容、方法和管理存在着千篇一律、强灌硬输、忽视压力等问题。要善于利用精神交往对民族生进行思想政治教育,从精神层面激励民族生发挥正能量,引导民族生建立正确价值取向,促进民族生提升奉献意识,进而提高民族生的综合素质,使其成为国家发展需要的宝贵人才。

Spiritual communication is a kind of communication in ideologies of people＇s mind, notion, motion, etc. Ideological and political education is a process of interaction carried on with consciousness, plan and organization between educational subjects and objects. Thus, this kind of interaction has the essence of spiritual communication. Nowadays, ethnic college students＇ ideological and political education has several problems in teaching contents, teaching methods and managements, such as all in the same key, forcing in, ignoring pressures, etc. It＇s good for encouraging ethnic college students to provide ＂positive energy＂ through spiritual communication, leading them to build correct value orientations, improving their awareness of devotion. So we can raise the comprehensive quality of ethnic college students to be talents for our country development.
