精准扶贫视阈下的乡村教师继续教育探索

Exploration on Village Teachers' Continuing Education from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

乡村教师作为农村教育的中流砥柱,在发展农村基础教育、促进教育公平等方面作出了重要贡献。然而随着新课改的逐步深入和信息技术的不断推动,乡村教师原有的知识储备和教学技能已不能适应教育发展的新形势。鉴于此,以精准扶贫思想为指引,完善继续教育保障制度,拓展继续教育培训思路,创新继续教育培训模式,整合继续教育培训师资,优化继续教育管理方式,切实加强和改进乡村教师继续教育工作,实现乡村教师发展的专业化、精细化、常态化,成为新形势下实现农村基础教育精准扶贫的关键。

The village teachers are mainstays, which have made an important contribution to the countryside elementary education and the equity in education. However, with the development of new curriculum reform and information science and technology, the village teachers＂ original knowl- edge and teaching skills have not been able to adapt to the new situation. In view of this, these are the keys to the targeted poverty alleviation in the countryside elementary education under the new situation that following the targeted poverty alleviation, consummating the continuing education safeguard system, developing the continuing education training mentality, innovating the continuing education training pattern, integrating the continuing education training teachers, optimizing the continuing education management way, practically strengthening and improving the village teachers, continuing education training work, achieving the professionalization, refinement and normaliza- tion of village teachers.
