农民大学生创业能力包括知识学习能力、战略决策能力、经营管理能力、社会活动能力、趋避风险能力和心理承受能力等六个关键维度,其中知识学习能力是基础,决策和经营管理能力是核心,社交、规避风险和心理承受能力是辅助。其培养途径主要有:确定创业对象;举办专题讲座、组织学生参观学习和参加科技活动;加强创业课程体系、创业教育师资队伍、创业实训基地和创业社团建设;指导教师对学生进行观念引导、政策指导和技能辅导。农民大学生创业能力培养对于建设创新型国家、促进广播电视大学发展和提升学生自身价值具有重要意义。

Peasant college students＇ entrepreneurial ability is made up of six key dimensions： knowledge learning ability, strategic decision ability, management ability, social activity ability, the ability of flight from risk and psychological ability to bear difficulties, among which the ability of knowledge learning is the foundation, decision-making and management ability is the core, the a- bility of flight from risk and psychological endurance is auxiliary. Its training methods mainly in- clude, school lectures, organizing them to visit and study and participate in science and technology activities, strengthening the construction of entrepreneurship courses system, the construction of entrepreneurship education teachers team, the pioneering practice base construction and community construction; Mentors idea guidance, policy guidance and coaching skills.
