摘要
职业性是大学课程的基本属性。大学课程指向受教育者职业发展的未来性和可能性,通过为就业、生活、人生做准备,彰显其职业性的特质与功用。首先,大学课程为就业做准备,其根源在于知识分化、自然科学发展、社会分工等条件下的必要选择;其动因在于通过大学课程获得专业知识和技能,是社会分工与职业获得的基本诉求;其基础在于大学课程有条件、有能力提供就业所需的技术性和应用性知识,满足受教育者未来职业发展的基本需求。其次,大学课程为生活做准备:一是人的发展对整全知识的诉求;二是大学课程实现教育目的的重要途径;三是大学课程职业功能的进一步释放。最后,大学课程为人生做准备,主要表现为理解人生价值、传授人生知识和提升人生境界。
Professionalism is the basic attribute of University curriculum. The university curriculum aims at the future and possibility of the career development of the educated. It shows the characteristics and functions of its professionalism through the preparation for employment, livelihood and life. First of all, university courses helps students to prepare for employment. It is a necessary choice with the conditions of knowledge differentiation, development of natural science and social division. To obtain professional knowledge and skills through the university curriculum is a basic demand of social labor division and employment. The university curriculum is able to provide technological and practical knowledge required by employment, and therefore meets the students' basic needs of future occupation development. Second, the university curriculum helps students to prepare for livelihood. It is the requirements of all-round development. It is the further release of vocational functions of university curriculum. Finally, the university curriculum prepares for life, mainly to understand the value of life, enhance the realm of life and impart knowledge of life.
