E47超高强度船板强度低原因分析

摘要 针对E47出现屈服强度和抗拉强度低的现象,利用金相显微镜进行金相观察分析,发现屈服强度和抗拉强度低主要原因是未形成全断面的贝氏体稳态组织所致,且金相组织显示为表层存在较慢冷速形成的珠光体+铁素体组织,心部存在较快冷速形成的贝氏体组织现象,与现场实际生产过程不符。通过对现场轧制工艺进行调整,避免了类似状态组织的形成,获得了需要的稳态组织,使E47屈服强度和抗拉强度值明显提升。 According to The yield strength and tensile strength of E47 are low, Observation and analysis of microstructure by means of optical microscope, That there is not Whole section bainite structure. And the microstructure of the microstructure shows that the microstructure of pearlite and ferrite formed by the slow cooling rate is present in the surface layer. The central part of the sample is the bainite structure with fast cooling rate.This isn' t in conformity with the actual production process. By adjusting the rolling process,Avoiding the formation of this kind of microstructure, Obtained the steady state organization,Significantly enhance the yield strength and tensile strength of the E47.
