摘要
对于企业要实现流程的优化和再造、多个管理体系之间的有机整合,又与企业管理实际相结合,本文提出了运用“过程方法”解决多个管理体系融合的要求、基本思路和具体步骤,即做好顶层设计,以企业流程为基础、人员素质为保证,强化制度执行,在流程的各个业务活动中综合体现多个管理体系要求,以符合企业流程实际运行的方式,实现体系融合,提升综合绩效。
For the enterprise to realize the process optimization and reengineering, between a management system of organic integration, and enterprise management reality, this paper proposes using "process approach" to solve the problem of multiple management system integration requirements, basic train of thought and concrete steps, do a good job in the top-level design, with the business process as the basis, ensuring the quality of personnel, strengthen the implementation of the system, in the process of various business activities in comprehensive embodiment of multiple management system requirements, to conform to the actual operation of the business process, system integration, enhance the comprehensive performance.
