摘要
针对现有采用RS485双向数传组网的精益生产看板系统通讯不稳定、实时性差等不足,基于STC51单片机设计了一种SPI/CAN双向数据传输模块。根据工业现场的应用特点,对硬件电路与软件流程设计进行详细叙述,对数据传输的接口透明与抗干扰等方面进行处理,通过SPI与CAN的数据转换,实现了精益生产的现场数据与服务器端数据的双向传输,完成了基于CAN接口的看板系统的透明化组网。最后通过通信测试和现场的实际使用验证了本设计的实效性。
The existing Kanban system of the lean production based on RS485 bidirectional data transmission has some defects, such as unstable communications, bad real time capability, and so on. A SPI/CAN bidirectional data transmission module is designed based on STC51 MCU, and the design of the hardware circuit and control software is described in detail. The bidirectional data transmission between the field devices and the service ends of the Kanban system of the lean production is achieved and the transparent networking based on CAN interface is completed by the SPI/CAN data conversion. The effectiveness of the SPI/CAN bidirectional data transmission module is verified by the communication tests and the practical use in the production field.
