启闭机全虚拟仿真监控平台开发

摘要 针对启闭机监控系统调试工作存在成本高、耗时长、效率低等缺点,基于虚拟仿真技术,研发了一套启闭机全虚拟仿真监控平台。给出了平台的系统组成与运行原理,设计了监控组态界面,编写了脚本代码,建立了虚拟启闭机与虚拟PLC控制器的通信,进行了仿真调试。实际应用结果表明:该平台无需实际的启闭机物理控制对象,也不必受水库与气候环境等自然环境的约束,便可实现对启闭机监控程序的调试运行,克服了真实被控对象的缺点,大大降低系统调试的成本与风险。 Considering the high cost and poor efficiency of hoist monitoring system debugging, full-virtual simulation monitoring platform was developed, based on virtual simulation technology. The composition and the operating principle were given, the monitoring configuration interface was designed, the script code was compiled, the communication between virtual hoist and virtual PLC was established, and the simulation system was debugged. The results of the practical application show that the platform can debug hoist monitoring program without actual hoist and won't suffer from the restraints of climatope, and thus greatly reduce the cost and risk of system debugging.
