集束化护理在预防CCU患者压力性损伤中的效果观察

目的探讨集束化护理在预防CCU患者压力性损伤中的效果。方法随机选取2015年1月—2016年12月在我院冠心病监护病房(CCU)住院的患者共120例,其中2015年1月—12月60例为对照组,实施常规预防压力性损伤(PI)护理;2016年1月—12月60例患者为观察组,实施集束化护理措施。观察2组患者PI的发生情况。结果观察组患者PI发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可明显降低CCU患者PI发生率。
