幼儿园“虐童事件”的原因及对策分析

近年来,幼儿园"虐童事件"频繁发生,给学前教育事业的发展敲响警钟。幼儿园"虐童事件"频发的直接原因是教师专业伦理意识缺失,职业道德低下;缺乏正确儿童观,儿童权利观念淡薄;受职业压力、职业倦怠等负面情绪影响。幼儿园"虐童事件"频发的根本原因是优质幼教资源不足,教育资源分配不均;民办幼儿园教育管理体制不完善,相关部门监管不力。幼儿园"虐童事件"频发的外部原因是儿童保护相关法律体系的不完善。应通过提高学前教育财政性投入、完善学前教育管理和监督体制、完善儿童保护相关法律体系和社会保障机制解决幼儿园"虐童"问题。

In recent years,＂child abuse incidents＂ in kindergartens frequently occur,which sound the alarm of the development of preschool education.The direct causes of ＂child abuse incidents＂ in kindergartens are lacking of consciousness of teachers＇ professional ethics,lacking of correct views on children and concept of children＇ rights and affected by negative emotions,such as occupational stress and job burnout etc.The root causes of ＂child abuse incidents＂ in kindergartensare lacking of the high quality preschool education resources,unequal distribution of education resources; imperfect management system of private kindergartens and poor supervision.Its external cause is imperfect legal system of child protection.It is proposed to improve the preschool education financial investment,perfect the management and supervision system of preschool education,and perfect the legal system of children＇s protection and the social security mechanism to solve the problem of ＂child abuse＂ in kindergartens.
