浅析商务英语翻译中的文化差异及其对策

Analysis of Cultural Differences in Business English Translation and Its Countermeasures

根据商务英语的特点及当前经济全球化发展的大环境,商务英语的高文化负载性发挥着日趋重要的作用。由于各国文化中不可忽略的差异性直接影响了翻译工作的品质,因此翻译者必须加强对这一现象的重视。本文剖析了商务英语翻译中文化差异的三个来源:中西方地理环境、宗教文化和社会意识。在翻译中,应通过直译、意译及其他翻译技巧的运用,力求保证源语言信息的准确、规范传达及文化意境的保留和再营造。

According to the characteristics of business English and the current environment of global economy,the cultural transmission plays an increasingly important role.Therefore,translators must pay more attention to this phenomenon because cultural differences which can not be ignored could affect the quality of translation directly.This paper analyzes the three sources of cultural differences in Business English Translation：geographical environment,religious culture and social consciousness.In translation,literal translation,free translation and other translation techniques should be used to make sure the source language is translated accurately,standardized without the cultural meaning being changed.
