摘要
随着综合教育改革的不断深化,选课走班制改革和互联网与教育的融合不断加深,家校协同教育成为改革进程中亟需研究的话题。该文以北京市十一学校为案例,分析选课走班制下的家校协同改革,发现家校协同的广度和深度得到延展,频度得到提升,同时,新的问题在协同教育变革的实践中也逐渐凸显出来。文章以国外家校协同教育的理论与实践作为参考,以约翰霍普金斯大学家校及社区合作研究中心负责人爱泼斯坦提出的重叠影响理论为依据,以学校与家庭、社区的伙伴关系为主要研究内容,具有重要的借鉴意义。为解决实践进程中出现的诸多问题,我国家校协同教育的建设必须在制度规范、理念引领、家长教育和社区共建等领域给予足够的关注,才能够真正发挥家校协同教育的价值,使家校协同教育转化成助推综合教育改革的助力。
With the deepening of comprehensive education reform, the integration of the Intemet and education continues to deepen, the collaborative education of home and school has become an urgent topic. Taking Beijing National Day School as an example, analyzing the reform of collaborative education of home and school under the elective class system, it is can be found that the breadth and depth of the synergy of the home and school are extended and the frequency is improved. At the same time, the new problems rise in the practice of collaborative education reform gradually. In this paper, the theory and practice of home-school co-education in foreign countries are used as reference, and the theory of overlapping influence proposed by Epstein of Johns Hopkins University, which is mainly based on the relationship between school and family and community, Has an important reference. To solve the problems arose in the process of practice, the construction of cooperative education in our country must give enough attention in the fields of system regulation, concept guidance, parent education and community building. Thus, it can really be a great support power of the comprehensive reform of the education.
