Research on the Connotation and Contemporary Value of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Community Work Methods

习近平总书记在福建工作期间,围绕如何做好基层工作这一重大时代课题,进行了一系列实践探索创新,形成了包括"四下基层"、"滴水穿石"、"马上就办"等在内的基层工作方法体系,彰显了马克思主义科学方法论的精髓和要义。文章从思想方法和工作方法两个方面入手,阐述指出,习近平总书记基层工作法是创造性地运用和发展马克思主义科学方法论和科学思维方式的重要结晶;是一脉相承、相互贯通的统一体,必须整体把握、一体贯彻;是运用马克思主义世界观、方法论分析和解决实际问题的时代典范,要持之以恒地继承好、坚持好、发扬好。

While he worked in Fujian province, General Secretary Xi Jinping carried out a series of practical ex- ploration and innovation on how to do community work, and formed a system of community work methods inclu- ding going to communities, acting like water droplets dripping through rock, and handling matters without de- lay, which highlight the essence of Marxist scientific methodology. With a focus on thinking methods and work methods, this paper concludes that General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s community work methods are an important crystallization of his creative use and development of Marxist scientific methodology and thinking; Xi＇s methods are in the same spirit and integrate with Marxism and must therefore be carried out to the letter. They are a model of using Marxist worldview and methodological analysis and solving practical problems of the times. So we need to draw on them and carry them forward consistently.
