食用油避氧化定量添加设备的结构设计

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,健康饮食越来越受到人们的关注。食用油的氧化及其过量食用对人体的健康危害较大,这不仅与人们的用油习惯有关,也与储存容器结构不合理造成食用油氧化及倒取量不易控制有关。为此,设计了一款食用油避氧化定量添加设备,该设备完全隔离空气的功能设计,有效降低了食用油在储存及使用过程中的氧化,定量控制结构设计有效控制食用油摄入量,这为人们健康摄入食用油提供保障。 With the improvement of living standards, healthy diet has attracted more and more attention. The oxidation and excessive consumption of edible oil are harmful to the human health, related to the people's bad using oil habits and the unreasonable structure of oil container. Thus, anoxidation avoiding and quantitative feeding equipment for edible oil was designed in this paper. The function designed for isolating the oil from the air completely reduced the oxidation of oil during storage and utilization effectively. At the same time, quantitative control elements effectively controlled the intake of the edible oil, which provided a guarantee for healthy consumption of edible oil.
