摘要
通过专业建模软件Solidords对大直径薄壁管开孔接管建立模型,并采用有限元软件Ansys求解,得到了在内压作用及接管分力等荷载下,支管与主管连接处的应力分布特征。利用有限元应力分析法,对危险截面线性化处理,最终得出支管与主管连接处的局部薄膜应力及总应力满足结构的强度要求。
Stress distribution characteristics of the joint between branch pipe and main pipe under the actions of loads such as internal pressure, adapter component force etc. were obtained via the establishment of the nozzle opening and adapter model of large diameter thin wall tubeby SOLIDWORKS, a professional modeling software and via solution by ANSYS, a finite element software. By the adoption of the finite element stress analysis method and linear processing of the dangerous sections, the results show that the stress and overall stress of the p artial films at the joint of branch pipe and main pipe meet the structural strength requirements.
