摘要
高速公路桥梁工程钻孔灌注桩的桩头破除施工中,采用传统的人工破除或人工辅助小型机械破除工艺,存在桩头过大(由于桩径变大)、速度慢、耗费大量的人力物力、对桩体钢筋损伤大等问题,与现在要求的高效施工速度不相适应。因此,采用一种经济、简易、快速的破除桩头施工工艺来推动项目施工进度。
The conventional processes of artificial breaking and assisted small machinery breaking adopted for bored pile breaking of expressway bridges have the problems of excessively large pile heads(due to increased pile diameter), slow progress and heavy consumption of human and physical resources as well as significant damages to pile rebar and are thus not compatible with the high efficiency and speed of construction as required. It is therefore necessary to introduce a cost-effective, simplified and high-speed pile head breaking process to accelerate construction progress of the Project as a whole.
