摘要
水泥沥青混合材料(PCA)的模量介于混凝土材料和沥青材料之间,可以形成较好的过渡产品。论文介绍了PCA材料在广州北环高速公路的应用,内容包括级配设计,高温性能试验和低温性能试验。研究表明:PCA材料的力学性能整体表现为"半刚半柔",兼顾了耐久性和行车舒适性,同时具备柔性路面和刚性路面的优点,能够适应重载高速公路的应用需求。
The modulus of cement-asphalt mixtures(PCA) is somewhere between concrete and asphalt, featuring favorable transition. This article introduces the application of PCA material in Guangzhou North Ring Expressway construction and maintenance, including grading design, property test under both high and low temperature. This research demonstrates that showcasing high durability and comfortable driving experience, the overall mechanical property of PCA materials can be recognized as "semi-rigid and semi-flexible", possessing the benefits of both flexible and rigid pavements. Considering this, PCA will just meet the requirements of heavy-loaded expressway.
