摘要
研究了不同质量浓度(1、20和100 mg·L^(-1))多壁碳纳米管(multiwalled carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs)短期(7 d)作用对厌氧污泥系统的影响。结果表明:1、20和100 mg·L^(-1)的MWCNTs反应器出水中的COD、pH、VFA与对照组变化规律一致;其中,100 mg·L^(-1)的MWCNTs可以诱导更快的底物利用率。不同质量浓度MWCNTs反应器的产气量和甲烷体积分数与对照组之间相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。运用修正Gompertz方程拟合甲烷产量曲线以及计算最大比产甲烷速率(U_(max,CH_4))和最大比COD去除速率(U_(max,COD))表明厌氧产甲烷菌产气特性没有受到MWCNTs的影响。实验研究结果为以后研究碳纳米管在厌氧废水处理中的影响提供了提供新的思路和方法。
The response of anaerobic sludge exposed to MWCNTs with different concentrations (1,20 and 100mg· L^-1) in short-term anaerobic digestion process (7 d) was investigated.Compared with the control,the changes of COD,pH and VFA in the effluent of the reactors with MWCNTs at 1,20 and 100 mg·L^-1 are consistent.MWCNTs at 100 mg·L^-1 induced much faster substrate utilization.There was no significant difference between reactors with MWCNTs and the control in gas production and methane content (P 0.05).Using the modified Gompertz equation to fit the curve of methane yield and calculating maximum specific methane production rate (U_(max,CH_4)) and maximum ratio of COD removal rate (U_(max,COD)),we found there was no adverse effect on characteristics about gas production of methanogenes.Our results provided new ideas and methods to explore the response of anaerobic microorganisms to CNTs in future.
