纯镁超声微弧氧化-植酸-载锌、铜复合膜层植入体动物植入研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨纯镁超声微弧氧化-植酸-载锌、铜复合改性对纯镁植入体骨结合的影响。方法以纯镁微弧氧化(Microarc oxidation,MAO)A组为对照组,实验组为MAO-植酸B组、MAO-植酸-载锌C组、MAO-植酸-镀铜D组,植入兔子下颌骨中,通过扫描电镜观察植入体膜层的形貌,锥形束投照计算机重组断层影像设备(Cone beam CT,CBCT)观察植入体与骨界面结合与降解情况,HE染色观察骨组织形态,免疫组化观察骨界面BMP-2情况及灰度值变化。结果通过CBCT的观察其骨性结合较好的为6W时的C组和D组,A组较B组差。HE染色、免疫组化分析及灰度值的统计学分析,均表现出C组和D组好于B组,B组好于A组,并具有统计学意义。结论纯镁经超声微弧氧化-植酸-载锌、铜复合处理后,减缓了镁基体的溶解,具有更强的促进骨结合的能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of pure magnesium implant by ultrasonic micro arc oxidation phytic acid zinc and copper composite modification on the osseointegration of pure magnesium. Methods Pure magnesium micro - oxidation group A is the control group, MAO - B group is the exper- imental group, MAO - phytic acid - phytie acid zinc loaded is C group, D group is the MAO - phytic acid copper plating group, implanted into the rabbit mandible. The morphology of the membrane was observed by scanning electron microscope, CBCT was used to observe the binding and degradation of the implant and the bone interface, HE staining was used to observe the morphology of bone tissue, and the changes of bone interface BMP - 2 and gray value were observed by !mmunohistochemistry. Results The C group and D group was better in 6 weeks than that in B group when A, observed by the CBCT. HE staining, immunohistochemical analysis and statistical analysis showed that the C group and D group were better than those of B group, the B group was better than that of A group, and the difference was statistically sig- nificant. Conclusions The treatment of pure magnesium by micro arc oxidation, phytic acid, zinc and copper, slowed down the dissolution of magnesium matrix, and had stronger ability to promote bone bonding.
