摘要
目的探讨VEGF,MMP-2,MMP-9在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法分别对10例相对正常乳腺组织,30例乳腺癌进行VEGF,MMP-2,MMP-9蛋白检测。结果 (1)乳腺癌组织中VEGF,MMP-2,MMP-9阳性表达率高于正常乳腺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)乳腺癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);MMP-2,MMP-9的阳性表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、淋巴结转移和雌、孕激素受体水平有关(P<0.05);(3)Spearman相关分析显示:VEGF和MMP-9蛋白表达正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.474,P=0.040)。结论 VEGF,MMP-2,MMP-9阳性表达率在正常乳腺组织、乳腺癌组织中依次升高,三者的表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展,恶性细胞的侵袭、转移密切相关,联合检测三者有助于乳腺癌的诊断和恶性程度的评估。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of proteins VEGF, MMP - 2, and MMP -9 in mammary Carcinoma. Methods The expression of proteins VEGF, MMP -2, and MMP -9 for 10 normal mammary tissues and 35 cases of early mammary Carcinoma was detected respectively by immunohistochemistry. Results ①The positive expression rate of proteins VEGF, MMP -2, and MMP -9 in mammary Carcinoma is higher than that in normal mammary tissues, and the difference is statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) ; ② The positive expression of protein VEGF in mammary carcinoma was associated with the histological grade of mammary carcinoma and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The positive expression of proteins MMP- 2 and MMP- 9 was associated with the histological grade of mammary carcinoma, lymph node metastasis and levels of ER and PR (P 〈 0.05 ) ; ③Spearman indicated that the expression of protein VEGF has a positive correlation with MMP -9, and the difference is statisti- cally significant (r = 0. 474, P = 0. 040). Conclusions The positive expression rate of proteins VEGF, MMP-2, and MMP- 9 increases in mammary Carcinoma compared with that in normal mammary tissues. Combined detection of NEDD9, P53, Ki67 facilitates early diagnosis and malignancy evaluation of mammary carcinoma.
