摘要 为了实现半导体激光照明光斑均匀化,设计了新型的激光照明系统。分析现有匀化技术,研究了激光照明系统照明光斑的均匀性及匀化光斑技术。利用无刷马达传带光束整形散射器高于CCD(COMS)像机快门的频率旋转,使多支半导体激光光束在一个积分时间内叠加,获得均匀照明。新型的激光照明系统能够简单有效地消除激光干涉条纹和激光散斑,实现均匀照明的目的。实验结果表明:新型激光照明系统在有效照明区域内能量效率为91%,照度均匀性到达95%。新型激光照明系统提高了能量效率及激光光斑的均匀性。 In this paper,a new laser illumination system is designed in order to achieve laser illumination spot homogenization. The existing homogenization technology is analyzed; the illumination spot uniformity and the homogenization spot technology of laser illumination are researched. The brushless motor is used to drive the rays shaping scatterer rotation in frequency which is faster than the shutter of CCD(CMOS) cameras. Multiple rays are overlaid in an integration time and a uniform laser illumination spot is obtained. The laser interference fringes and speckles can be simply and effectively eliminated by the new laser illumination system and the purpose of uniform illumination can be realized.The experimental results show that the energy efficiency of the new laser illumination system is 91% in the effective illumination area and the illuminance uniformity reaches 95%. The energy efficiency and the uniformity of laser spot are improved.
