摘要
为满足电力设备无损检测的需求,研究开发了电力设备工业CT无损检测系统。系统采用9Me V射线对被检测工件进行透照,通过X射线在工件中的衰减规律及分布情况,获得工件内部信息数据,由计算机进行数据处理和图像重建,最终以图像形式显示出来。该系统具有CT扫描、DR扫描、三维成像等功能,检测结果便于存储、传输和分析。通过实际应用识别了大量电力设备材料内部材质替换和内部缺陷等问题,提高了电力设备物资检测能力,促进了入网设备的质量提升。
In order to meet the demand of nondestructive testing of power equipment,the industrial CT nondestructive testing system for power equipment is developed.The system uses the 9Me V X-ray transillumination on the workpiece to be tested.Through the attenuation pattern and distribution of X-ray in the workpiece,the internal information of the workpiece is obtained.The data obtained is processed and the visualized by the computer.The system has functions of CT scanning,DR scanning and 3D imaging.The results are easy to store,transmit and analyze.In the industrial practice,a lot of problems such as the replacement of internal material and internal defects of power equipment materials are identified,which improved the ability of the fault detection on power equipment thus the quality of network equipment.
