摘要 滚动轴承在风力发电机组传动系统中起着非常重要的作用,但由于风况不稳定、设备装配工艺不达标,整个传动系统的滚动轴承在振动过程中易造成磨损失效。针对某风力发电机组,利用振动分析技术对工作异常轴承进行振动波形分析,精确诊断故障轴承的故障特征和故障程度,准确提出维护意见,提高工作效率,避免风机的意外停机。 The rolling bearing plays an important role in the transmission system of wind turbine.However,the unstable wind conditions and mishandling during assembly could compromise the reliability and lifespan of the rolling bearing of transmission system.Early worn out will occur in the later stage due to vibration.Taking a certain wind turbine as a research target,this paper analyzes the vibration waveform and diagnoses the fault feature and degree of the bearing fault using the vibration analysis technology.The suggestions for maintenance are given to improve the working efficiency and avoid the unscheduled outages.
