摘要 为探究人的脑力疲劳对其视觉选择性注意的影响,开展监控作业系统人机工效设计试验。以32名男性为被试,采用140 min记忆刷新试验任务(2-back任务)模拟监控作业诱发脑力疲劳,然后采用2×3因素设计的中心线索提示范式模拟自动告警测量选择性注意能力,通过分析行为学及脑电(EEG)数据,研究脑力疲劳对视觉选择性注意的影响。结果表明:140 min 2-back任务诱发了脑力疲劳,脑力疲劳状态下,中心线索提示范式中的无效线索和目标刺激的疲劳效应最强,有效线索和干扰刺激的疲劳效应最弱,被试的选择性注意任务绩效下降、P300潜伏期显著延长、幅值显著减小,脑力疲劳对视觉选择性注意能力有负性影响。 To explore the effect of human mental fatigue on his visual selective attention,and carry out ergonomic design in monitoring operation system.32 men participated the experiment,140 min digital 2-back task was used to simulate the monitoring work to induce mental fatigue,then simulation of automatic alarm based on 2 × 3 factors cue-target paradigm was used to measure the selective attention ability.The influence of mental fatigue on visual selective attention was explored by analyzing behavioral and event-related potentials data.The results show that 140 min 2-back cognitive task induces mental fatigue successfully,under the condition of mental fatigue,the invalid cue and the target stimulus in central cue-target paradigm has the strongest fatigue effect,while the effective cue and the interfere stimulus has the weakest,the subjects ' performance of the selective attention task decreases and P300 latency is significantly prolonged and amplitude decreases significantly,mental fatigue has a negative effect on visual selective attention.
