Effect and mechanism of active components of Chinese herbal medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

针对单味中药(活性成分)对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)药理活性及其机制的研究成果进行了综述,总结出黄酮类化合物、苷类化合物等活性成分对NAFLD具有良好的治疗效果和研究前景.

The current research results about the pharmacological activities and its mechanism on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD） of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed in this paper. And the flavonoids and glucoside compounds have good treatment effect and the research prospects on NAFLD.
