摘要
以企业现行VOCs检测方法标准和质量守恒定律为基础,在分析车内VOCs散发关键影响因素的基础上,系统研究了采样袋VOCs吸附效应并推导出了采样袋VOCs吸附效应关键参数K袋求解模型公式,经验证,该公式计算出的苯、甲苯的质量浓度预测值与实测值数值相近,预测效果良好;甲醛、乙醛的个别预测值相对偏差较大,但绝对偏差较小;乙苯、二甲苯的质量浓度预测值普遍高于实测值,但最大偏差不超过15%.总体而言,预测准确度可满足一般工程要求.
Based on the current VOCs testing method standard and mass conservation law of enterprises,and based on the analysis of the key influencing factors of VOCs emission,the adsorption effect of the sample bag VOCs was studied and the formula of the key parameters of the VOCs adsorption effect of the sample bag K_(bag) was derived. The research showed that the predicted values of benzene and toluene were similar with the measured values,and the predicted results were good. The formaldehyde,acetaldehyde individual predictive value was relatively large deviation,but the absolute deviation was small. The predicted value of ethylbenzene and xylene was generally higher than the measured value,but the maximum deviation was less than 15%. Overall,the prediction accuracy could meet the general engineering requirements.
