摘要
本项目依托哈尔滨学院的电能计量管理系统、给水计量监管系统以及供热计量管理系统等基础平台,制订了高等学校建筑能耗综合管理系统平台应用的总体框架和方案,该系统可以对校园建筑的各种用能情况进行实时监测、统计能耗、进行能效分析,并可以对系统进行评估和故障诊断等应用研究,达到数据可视化、分析图表化、能耗指标化、管理数字化、消费合理化,为实现长效有序校园节能管理,建设节约型校园提供可靠的数据支撑.
Based on the electricity metering and management system,water supply metering and supervision system,heating metering and management system in Harbin University,the framework and scheme of building energy management system platform were set up. The platform can be used to measure different energy consumptions in real time. Statistical energy consumption,energy efficiency,system evaluation and fault diagnosis of different systems can be conducted. By visualization of data,graphic analyses,indexation of energy consumption,digital management,rationalization of user consumption,the platform will surely provide reliable data support for achieving long-lasting and orderly energy efficiency management,and constructing energy-conservation oriented campus.
