摘要
惠子是战国时期的思想家和政治家,是名家思想的代表人物之一。他在先秦诸子中的形象不一,但大体是受批评的形象,尤其《荀子》更是丑化了惠子。荀子主张"正名"、"正道",批判虚浮无用、只为"辩"而言的名家思想。他用儒家的道德标准来批判名家思想,进而转向对名家代表人物的人身攻击,以达到其主张的"制名以指实"的儒家行为逻辑和"至极之治"的政治境界。尽管荀子批判华而不实的名家思想,但他也在不知不觉中学习和吸收了惠子分析事物时哲学思辨的理论分析方法,进而丰富了儒家学说的思想内涵。
As a thinker and politician in the Warring States period, Hui Zi was one of the representatives in the School of Logicians. His images in the pre-Qin writings were different, but generally can be seen as a critical one, especially in Xun Zi that greatly defamed his image. Xun Zi advocated "rectification of name" and "right way", while criticized Logician thoughts that were impractical, useless and only for "critical debate". By using the Confucian moral standards to criticize the Logician thoughts and posting personal attacks on Logician representatives, he wanted to achieve the Confucian behavior logic of "standardizing names to identify matters" and the political realm of "extreme governance". Although Xun Zi criticized the impractical Logician thoughts, he unconsciously learned and absorbed the way of philosophical analysis from Hui Zi, thus enriching the ideological connotation of Confucianism.
