摘要
新能源发电绩效评价是选择合适新能源作为替代能源的关键。它具有指标值不精确、指标偏好间存在交互作用等特点。据此,本文在模糊测度和R-OWA算子等理论基础上构建考虑指标间交互作用的变权区间有序加权平均(Ordered weighted average operator with varied weighted,interval argument and interactive criteria,VI2 OWA)方法。探讨区间有序加权平均算子(Ordered weighted average operator with interval argument and interactive criteria,I2 OWA)的性质;考虑不同区域偏好不同,设置两类状态变权函数;并分析了VI2 OWA方法在江苏省新能源发电绩效评价中的应用。
The evaluation of new-energy power performance is the key to choose a suitable new energy as an alternative energy source.It characterizes that values of criteria are inaccuracy,and there exists interaction between preferences of criteria.This paper constructs a VI2 OWA(Ordered weighted average operator with varied weighted,interval argument and interactive criteria)method based on fuzzy measures and R-OWA theories.Properties of I2 OWA(Ordered weighted average operator with interval argument and interactive criteria)operator are discussed;taking into account different situations involved in different regions,two types of state variable weight functions are defined;and then,the application of VI2 OWA method in evaluation of Jiangsu new-energy power performance is analyzed.
