图书馆创客空间的未来发展之路:政府与社会资本合作

Future of Makerspace in Library: A Collaborative Model Between Government and Private Sector

单纯依靠财政资金构建图书馆创客空间存在很多弊端,最明显的就是建设动力不足、资金匮乏等问题。将社会资本引入图书馆创客空间的建设,不仅会解决目前很多图书馆建设上的资金缺乏问题,同时还为创客空间带来了新的营运理念、专业技术知识、管理规范和专业指导人士等。各类图书馆应结合自身实际,把握合作契机,结合当地社会资本和区域发展,将创客空间与市场相结合,合理规划图书馆创客空间,如此,既能够构建保障大多数创客需求的公益性区域,同时开拓专业化创客区域,争取创建生态链条化创客区域。

There are many drawbacks in building makerspaces in library with sole reliance on govemment＇s financial funds. The most significant drawback is lack of construction power and funds. The Introduction of social capital from private sector into the construction of library＇s makerspace can not only solve the current financial problem, but also bring in new administration ideas, professional knowledge, management standard, and professionals that provide guidance. Libraries at all levels should take advantage of collaboration opportunities while at the same time being practical, incorporate local social capital and promote local development, and integrate makerspace with market realities. Libraries should plan their makerspaces strategically in a way that the space can not only satisfy most makers＇ needs but also encourage innovative and professional makers. The mission is to establish ecological makerspaces.
