图书馆创客空间用户使用影响因素实证研究

Exploring the Factors that Affect User Intentions of Makerspaces in Library

以技术接受模型为理论基础,构建图书馆创客空间用户使用影响因素模型,运用问卷调查法搜集数据253份,并在此基础上利用偏最小二乘结构方程建模方法对数据进行分析,研究发现:(1)便利条件和相关性显著影响感知易用性。(2)社会影响对使用意愿作用显著,但对感知有用性作用不显著。(3)感知愉悦性对感知有用性和使用意愿具有积极影响。(4)共享性和创造性显著影响感知易用性和感知有用性;互动性对感知易用性产生积极作用,对感知有用性的作用不明显。(5)感知有用性是影响图书馆用户使用意愿的关键因子,感知易用性起不显著作用。

This study examines the factors that influence users＇ adoption and use of library makerspaces and tests the applicability of the Technology Acceptance Model （TAM） in the context of library. A questionnaire survey was conducted and 253 valid data were collected. StruCtural Equation Model （ SEM ） was employed to perform data analysis. This study finds that （a） convenience and relevance significantly affects users＇ perceived ease of use; （b） social influence has a significant effect on users＇ intention to use, but has no significant effect on perceived usefulness; （c） the effect of perceived enjoyment on perceived usefulness and intention to use is obvious; （d） sharing and innovation significantly affects perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and interaction has a positive effect on perceived ease of use and has no obvious effect On perceived usefulness; （e） perceived usefulness is a key factor that affects users＇ intention to use library makerspaces, and perceived ease of use has no significant effect on intention to use.
