Experiment on reducing consumption of KR desulfurizer

摘要 由于降低KR脱硫剂单耗可有效降低铁水脱硫的成本,故针对现有KR脱硫装置的缺陷,研究了一种降低KR脱硫剂单耗的方法。通过改进脱硫剂的输送方式,使脱硫剂与铁水面充分接触,提高脱硫剂的使用率。按照这些措施对180t转炉的KR脱硫装置进行7个月改进试验。结果表明,KR脱硫装置改进后,脱硫剂的单耗下降了约20%,铁水温降也有所减少,铁水脱硫成本降低约1.35元/t,同时炼钢能耗也有所降低。 Due to the reduction of KR desulfurization agent consumption can effectively reduce the cost of desulfurization,aiming at the limitation of the existing KR desulfurization device,studied a method of reducing KR desulfurization agent consumption.By improving the conveying mode of desulfurizer,the desulfurizer can be fully contacted with the liquid iron surface,and the utilization rate of the desulfurizer can be improved.The KR desulfurization device of 180 t converter was improved in accordance with these measures,and carried out a 7 months test.The test results showed that after the improvement of KR desulfurization device,the agent consumption of desulfurizer was decreased by about 20%,and the temperature drop of iron melt was reduced,so that the cost of iron melt desulphurization was reduced by about 1.35 yuan/t,and the energy consumption of steelmaking was reduced.
