摘要
对某流动式起重机所用分动箱内出现的齿轮失效形式进行了分析,对40Cr Mn齿轮材料、表面硬度和金相组织进行了检测。结果表明:齿轮轮齿失效的主要原因是由于齿轮轮齿组织为珠光体和铁素体,表面硬度低。润滑不良是造成齿轮轮齿表面发生退火效应和脱碳的直接原因。对润滑系统进行改进,可解决分动箱齿轮失效问题。
The gear failure mode of the transfer case used in a mobile crane was analyzed, and the material, surface hardness and microstructure of the gear were investigated. The results show that the main cause of gear tooth failure is due to the pearlite and ferrite in matrix, and low surface hardness. The poor lubrication of gear tooth surface is directly cause decarburization annealing effect. It can solve the problem of the transfer case gear failure by improving the lubrication system.
