摘要
为实现新型车辆安装座的熔模铸造生产,拟订了6种工艺方案,采用直觉式平台Pidex进行三维建模、华铸Inte Cast与浩宇Hy Cast进行数值模拟,并进行了试生产。对铸件进行外观检测与X射线检测,验证铸造CAE的模拟结果。采用三维扫描技术进行蜡模和零件的尺寸检测,应用Inspect软件进行尺寸和形位公差检测。综合比较,确定了最优铸造工艺方案,完成了生产任务。
The six investment casting process schemes have been developed for casting the new vehicle mounting block, raised six kinds investment casting process of Draw 3D modeling with the Pidex platform, and can'ied out numerical simulation with Intecast/Hycast, and the trial production was conducted. Observed the appearance of the casting and checked the phases with XRD, verify the simulation results of casting CAE. Three-dimensional scanning technology for wax mold and parts of the size of the detection, use software "Inspect" to check the size, shape and position tolerance detection. Comprehensive comparison, the optimal casting process is determined and the production task is completed.
