摘要 大型船用气缸套通常采用离心铸造工艺生产,由于壁厚较大,气缸套表面容易产生花纹缺陷。为了减少缺陷的发生,提高产品品质和生产效率,通过对花纹的化学成分、金相组织的分析和研究,认为花纹缺陷是由磷共晶偏析引起的。通过控制化学成分、大剂量孕育处理、高温出炉和低温浇注,以及灵活执行浇注工艺等措施,有效地解决了气缸套的花纹缺陷。 Large marine cylinder usually by centrifugal casting process, the wall thickness was larger, the surface of cylinder liner was easy to produce :pattern defects, in order to reduce the occurrence of defects, improved product quality and production efficiency, through the analysis and researched on the chemical composition and metallographic structure of the pattern, that pattern was caused by phosphorus eutectic segregation caused. Through the control of chemical composition, large doses of inoculation, high temperature and low temperature'pouring pouring and flexible implementation of pouring process and other measures to effectively solve the cylinder liner pattern defects.
