纺织产业与信息产业融合实证研究——基于江浙数据

Empirical study of the integration of the textile industry and IT industry——Based on the data on Jiangsu and Zhejiang

本文构建了纺织产业与信息产业融合评价模型,利用投入产出表数据,估算江浙纺织产业与信息产业融合度。实证发现,江浙两省信息产业对纺织产业的投入产出率逐年提升,表明江浙信息产业对纺织产业具有极强的渗透力和极高的倍增效应,信息产业对纺织产业的发展有着明显的促进作用,纺织产业与信息产业的相互融合为纺织产业发展提供了新契机;纺织产业对信息产业的投入率逐年下降的,纺织产业与信息产业的投入与需求融合均衡度波动较大,这与我国信息产业发展总体水平不高相关,有待提高。为此,本文分析了纺织产业与信息产业融合发展过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了加大研发投入,注重人才培养,增强自主创新能力,促进纺织产业与信息产业深度融合发展的对策建议。

This paper constructs industrial integration evaluation model to estimate the integration degree of textile industry and information industry in Jiangsu and Zhejiang with input-output table. The empirical evidence shows that the input-out ratio of information industry to texile industry in Jiangsu and Zhejiang has increased.IT show sthat information industry of Jiangsu and Zhejiang with has a strong penetration and high multiplier effect on textile industry. But the input-out ratio of texile industry to information industry has deceased. Because the development of information industry of our country overall level is not high. So the integration degree of texile industry and information industry has fluctuated. Then this paper analyzes problems of fusion existing in the textile industry and the information industry. Therefore, this paper provides useful suggestions to develop texile industry in China： increasing investment in research and development; paying attention to personnel training; strengthening independent innovation ability.
