摘要 目的:研究六月青乳膏的制备工艺,并对其制剂稳定性进行部分项目的考察。方法:通过耐热耐寒试验、离心试验等稳定性实验,比较5个不同处方对六月青乳膏成型性与质量的影响,优选出最佳的处方;通过紫外扫描方法测定六月青的最大吸收波长,在最大吸收波长条件下测定六月青乳膏的吸光度值。结果:优选出六月青乳膏的最佳处方为六月青鲜汁8 g、冰片0.1 g、硬脂酸3.0 g、蓖麻油0.4 g、硬脂酸甘油脂1.0 g、甘油2.0 g、三乙醇胺2.0 mL、尼泊金乙酯0.1 g、蒸馏水9 m L。按照该处方制备的乳膏在最大吸收波长206 nm处的吸光度值也相对稳定,可作为含量控制的方法之一。结论:优选的六月青乳膏处方质量稳定、可控,可推广用于大生产。 Objective: Prepared Liuyueqing Cream and examined the preparation stability on partial items. Methods: By observing the preparation stability of heat-resistant hardy test and centrifuge test, the effect of five different cream prescriptions on the formability and quality of Liuyueqing Cream were compared, and we the best prescriptions was chosen. Furthermore, the maximum absorption wavelength and absorbance value of Liuyueqing cream was measured by ultraviolet spectral scanning. Results: The best prescription of Liuyueqing cream included fresh extract 8 g, borneol 0. 1 g, stearic acid 3.0 g, castor oil 0. 4 g, glyceryl monostearate 1.0 g, glycerinum 2.0 g, triethanolamine 2.0 mL, ethylparaben 0. 1 g, distilled water 9 mL. The stability and stable absorbency at maximum absorption wavelength 206 nm of Liuyueqing cream can be acquired accord- ing to the method to prepare. This method can be used for controlling Liuyueqing cream. Conclusion: The quality of Liuyueqing cream is stable and it can be used for large-scale production.
