基于加速度动态响应的平台梁板结构健康监测系统的设计与研发

摘要 为保障某工程梁板式钢结构平台服役期间的安全,本文引入了结构健康监测系统对其进行全寿命在线监测和诊断。在合理的有工程针对性的损伤识别方法的基础上研发结构损伤识别软件,通过对提取的损伤指标变化进行不间断分析和评估,能够及时发出损伤预警,判断可能出现损伤的位置和程度,预测结构的性能变化。从方案设计、硬件施工和软件开发等方面介绍了该系统的研发和建设过程。 In order to ensure the safety of the slab - plate steel structure platform during the period of service in a project, a structural health monitoring system was introduced to monitor and diagnose. A structural damage identification software is developed on the basis of reasonable and engineering targeted damage identification methods. Through the extraction of damage index changes for continuous analysis and evaluation, it can give timely warning of damage, judge the location and degree of possible damage, and predict the structural performance changes. This paper introduces the research and development and construction process of the system from the aspects of program design, hardware construction and software development.
