摘要
分析废碱氧化反应过程,找出存在问题为原料中硫化物含量较高,造成反应器负荷较大,氧化反应不彻底。对装置进行扩能改造,有效的解决了问题,装置运行正常。
In this paper,the process of oxidative reaction of waste alkali is analyzed,and the existing problem is that the sulfide content in the raw material is high, which causes the reactor load to be high and the oxidation reaction is not complete. The expansion revamp of the plant is made to effectively solve the problem,and the plant is running normally.
