摘要
介绍AMSIM平台用于高硫液化气脱硫过程的模拟,结合项目实例,通过选用合适的热力学方法,对脱硫塔的塔板数、胺液循环量、塔顶压力等参数进行分析,确定脱硫塔设计的基本参数,并指导工程设计。
In this paper, the AMSIM platform is used to simulate the desulfurization process of high sulfur liquefied gas. Combined with the project example, the parameters such as the number of plates, the circulation rate of amine fluid and the top pressure of the tower etc. are analyzed by selecting the appropriate thermodynamic method to determine the basic parameters for the design of desulphurization tower and to guide the engineering design.
