摘要
通过文献综述和问卷调查相结合的办法识别出房地产企业供应链的风险,再基于Ritwik建立的矩阵风险分析方法建立房地产企业供应链风险的评估矩阵。房地产企业可以就风险评估矩阵得出的结果采取积极专业的应对措施,对于不同的风险等级,分别采取不同的应对方案,及时化解供应链风险,保证房地产企业供应链风险的可预测、可控制。
With the help of literature review and questionnaire survey,the supply chain risk of the real estate industry is identified.Then the supply chain risk evaluation matrix is established by means of the risk matrix analysis method based on Ritwik.And finally,the real estate enterprises can actively respond to the supply chain risk according to the evaluation results of the matrix and take different countermeasures accordingly to eliminate risks immediately and guarantee its predictability and controllability.
